Browsing and downloads
This website serves articles and downloadable text templates. It has no signup form, analytics script or document upload form. It does not store client checklists or financial records. Hosting providers may process technical request logs such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the website. If the hosting platform requires sign-in, that sign-in is governed by the platform’s policies.
Advertising and privacy choices
Advertising on this address is paused while Google reviews the site and we verify its privacy-message setup. The controls described below will apply when advertising is enabled; they do not indicate that Google has approved this site.
Google AdSense is configured only on full public articles, with a labelled placement after the article. Existing Google Auto ads and automatic experiments remain enabled and may add or optimise placements on those articles. Availability depends on Google approval and ad demand; no earnings or approval are promised. The CloseChase workspace, library indexes, downloads, contact and legal pages do not load advertising scripts.
Google and its advertising partners may process cookies or local storage, IP address, browser information and information about visits to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Advertising may be personalised based on visits to this and other sites. The Google consent message identifies participating vendors and the purposes for processing. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google’s message offers Consent, Manage options and Do not consent. Use Privacy and cookie settings in the footer of an article to change your choice. Ad requests stay paused when the required privacy status is unknown or advertising-cookie consent is declined. Choosing not to consent does not restrict access to the articles. US visitors and requests whose location cannot be established receive these pages without advertising code. A browser Global Privacy Control signal also prevents this site from loading advertising code.
You can also manage Google personalised advertising through My Ad Center and use browser cookie controls. Google’s consent and advertising services may receive the origin of this public website as a referrer; article paths and query strings are not included in cross-origin referrers. No client document is collected on this site.
Product and external links
The CloseChase application runs on a separate origin with its own privacy notice and private workspace. The guides cannot access application records through the product’s authenticated APIs. Links to other sites take you to services with their own policies. Public article pages allow an origin-only referrer for consent and advertising services. Other pages retain the no-referrer policy.
Email contact
Email links open your own email application. Your message is shared with the operator only when you send it. Do not include client financial records, identity documents or passwords. Correspondence is used to respond to your request and maintain the service; request deletion by contacting us from the same address.
